This was the challenge put to our food tech team - the pursuit of gluten free excellence! The brief was that it needed to taste "as good as our Original Chocolate Chunk Cookie". It was a tall order (considering the Cookie Time Original is New Zealand's favourite cookie, according to ACNeilsen's 2008 survey), and there were a lot of recipes tried before we perfected it.

But perfect it we have!

Our Gluten Free Chocolate Chunk Cookies should be available everywhere that regular Cookie Time cookies are sold - and if they're not at your local store, talk to the manager and insist they start stocking them!
