Gluten Free. Wheat Free. Delicious! Cookie Time is famous for its cookies and committed to consumer satisfaction. So when people asked when we were going to do a gluten-free cookie we put out the challenge to our Food Tech team. The brief was that it needed to taste as good as our original Chocolate Chunk Cookie (a tall order since the original is a real Kiwi favourite). There were a lot of recipes tried in the pursuit of gluten free excellence – but we perfected it in the end. Gluten free and no compromise on taste – happy days!

Our Gluten Free Chocolate Chunk Cookies should be available everywhere that regular Cookie Time cookies are sold – and if they're not at your local store, talk to the manager and insist they start stocking them!

Ingredients: Gluten free flour (maize starch, rice flour, potato starch), Chocolate 20% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, milk fat, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, 476), flavour), Butter, Sugar, Brown sugar, Maize glucose syrup, Eggs, Humectant (glycerin), Milk solids, Raising agent (500), Flavour, Salt, Vegetable Gum (xanthan gum)
Contains egg, milk and soy products. May be present: nuts
