Can I get my Christmas Cookies delivered to me in Australia or anywhere else in the world?
Yes you can, however not through this online shop. Check out the options available to you below.

What currency am I invoiced in?
The Christmas Cookies Online Shop invoices in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) only.

What taxes do I pay on my purchase?
All transactions are inclusive of New Zealand Goods & Services Tax of 15%.

Where do my cookies come from?
All of our Christmas Cookies are baked to order at our headquarters in Christchurch, New Zealand and are made from top quality ingredients including delicious chocolate and pure New Zealand butter.

How do I cancel my order?
Due to Christmas Cookies being baked to order, once you have placed an order you cannot cancel it.

I am not satisfied with my purchase, can I get a refund?
Cookie Time Limited stands 100% behind its products, and if you are not happy we want to hear about it. To make a complaint or return product, please call our call centre on 0800 XCOOKIE (0800 926 654) and talk to one of our friendly Christmas Cookies HQ Team. In order to ensure that any returns are processed correctly, only returns with a Cookie Time issued Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be processed. Our call centre will provide the RMA number to you and details of how to return the product. Any refunds will be made directly to your bank account via direct credit.

I am still not happy, what can I do?
If for some reason our Christmas Cookies HQ team was not able to help, our Christmas Cookies Manager wants to hear from you. Please either call our head office on +64 3 349 6161 or send an e-mail to xcmanager@cookietime.co.nz

How will my cookies be delivered to me?
AAll of our products are carefully packed and then sent out via courier direct to you. Once shipped it should take 2-3 business days for them to arrive. If you are concerned about your order, please use your order number to track it on www.pbt.com .

I have just ordered, when will my cookies be shipped?
During November the Cookie Time factory is busy making all of the Christmas Cookies for delivery around New Zealand, including your order. Your order should ship out in the first week of December. For all orders made during December, your product will ship within 1-2 business days from order.

What do you do with the data you collect?
Cookie Time Limited believes strongly in protecting your privacy and ensuring your credit card data remains secure. The only data we collect is the data enabling us to complete your order and follow up with you to ensure you are satisfied, (and so you don’t miss out, we will be in touch next year to remind you its Christmas Cookies time). We do not share information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Cookie Time Limited has no intention to onsell your data to any unrelated party. We use an internationally recognised 3rd party payment gateway that does not store your credit card details and only provides us confirmation that the transaction has been successfully processed.
