Cookie Time Limited is proud to support the Cookie Time Charitable Trust, dedicated to helping Kiwi kids discover their gifts. The CTCT is a registered charitable trust, established in 2003. To date, we have raised more than $1.4 million for the CTCT through sales of Christmas Cookies.

The CTCT is very much the focus of our cause marketing and, as such, we have no separate sponsorship monies available. Therefore, we’ll give a polite “thanks, but no thanks” up front here to save you time and effort putting together a proposal to only get the same response down the track.

The CTCT has primarily supported initiatives in two main areas: innovation in learning and thinking differently – dyslexia. Innovation in Learning was activated in 2004 with the creation of eTime, an innovative educational centre located in Christchurch. With state of the art ICT technology, eTime provides programmes for primary and intermediate students and professional development for teachers.

The CTCT’s most significant work for dyslexia includes funding the establishment and ongoing work of the Dyslexia Foundation of New Zealand, and achieving official Ministry of Education recognition for dyslexia in 2007. Support from the CTCT has also seen the DFNZ launch the 4D programme to help schools make positive changes for students with dyslexia and other learning differences.
